  Pioneer Metal Finishing is now hiring Chrome Platers!  Our Platers take pride in safely and efficiently unpackaging customer parts and carefully placing them on work racks. This work enables Chrome Platers to process the customer’s product according to their specifications. Once the metal finishing process is complete, Platers carefully remove the parts from work racks, package them and prepare them for shipping.

Job Summary Operates company vehicles to pick-up and deliver product, materials, supplies and equipment as directed.  Assures proper loading to protect cargo.  Works with Shipping & Receiving Supervisor in scheduling pick-ups and deliveries to meet maximum efficiencies of truck capabilities.    Must be DOT Eligible

Job Summary  Supervise, instruct, train and coach the hourly personnel in all aspects of the job, including the proper techniques, work instructions, production methods, quality assurance and plant operation.  Must use judgment, experience and technical knowledge to accomplish goals and objectives.  Must promote an environment that fosters teamwork, open communication and a focus on quality and efficiency.
